Exporting Reports

Clarence AI allows you to export analytics and performance reports for use in briefings, presentations, and internal communications.

What you can export​

From the analytics views, you can typically export:

  • Analytics summaries (mentions, engagement, reach, sentiment)
  • Performance views over specific time ranges

Exports are usually available as PDF reports, which can be saved, printed, or shared.

Typical use cases​

Use exports when you need to:

  • Prepare briefing materials for leadership or committees
  • Attach evidence to internal memos or reports
  • Share performance summaries with non‑technical stakeholders

Combine exports with filters (for example, "Last 30 days – X only – Negative sentiment") to create focused, high‑impact reports.
