Automated Campaign Management
Campaign Management is for planning and running multi‑post campaigns instead of scheduling each post individually.
This is ideal for:
- Thematic weeks (for example, "Public Safety Week 2025")
- Awareness campaigns
- Long‑running information series
Creating a campaign
To create a new campaign:
- Go to the Campaign Management area and create a new campaign.
- Define the core parameters:
- Name – For example, "Public Safety Week 2025".
- Duration – Start and end dates (for example, November 20–27).
- Frequency – How often to post (for example, "3 tweets per day").
- Time window – The time range within which posts can go out (for example, "Between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM").
- Provide the campaign’s core content, tone, and keywords.
Clarence AI will then generate and schedule posts for the entire campaign duration, which you can review and approve.
Calendar view
A built‑in calendar view shows all your scheduled campaigns and posts at a glance, helping you:
- Avoid overlapping or conflicting campaigns
- Coordinate messaging across brands and platforms
- Quickly see content gaps or high‑activity days
tip
Use campaigns for any initiative that has a clear start and end date, defined objectives, and multiple posts over time.
