Filtering & Reporting

The Analytics Dashboard allows you to focus on the data that matters most by applying filters and generating reports.

Using filters

You can customize your dashboard view to answer specific questions, such as:

  • How is our X (Twitter) account performing this week?
  • What was sentiment like over the last 30 days?
  • How did a particular campaign perform during a custom date range?

Common filter options include:

  • Platform filters – show data for a specific social media platform (for example, only X, only Facebook, or only Instagram).
  • Time filters – select ranges such as “This Week”, “Last 30 Days”, or a custom start and end date.

These filters help you narrow down the view so you can quickly answer targeted questions from leadership or stakeholders.

Reporting and exports

Analytics and performance data can be exported for use in briefings and reports:

  • Export analytics views as PDF reports.
  • Share exported reports with internal stakeholders or attach them to internal memos.
tip

Combine filters with exports to prepare focused reports (for example, “Last 30 days – X only – Negative sentiment”) for specific committees or leadership teams.

For details on broader reporting and exports across the platform, also see Exporting Reports.
