New User Registration
If you do not yet have a Clarence AI account, you must first register using the activation code provided by your organization’s Administrator.
Before you start
Make sure you have:
- A valid activation code, issued by your Clarence AI Administrator
- Your official work email address
If you have not yet received an activation code, contact your internal Administrator before proceeding.
tip
Your activation code is unique to you or your team. Do not share it publicly or forward it outside your organization.
Step-by-step registration
- Open your browser and go to the Clarence AI login page.
- Click the “Register Now” button.
- Enter the unique activation code that your Administrator provided.
- Click “Submit”.
Behind the scenes, Clarence AI will:
- Create your user account
- Link it to your organization’s workspace
- Associate you with the appropriate brand(s) defined by your Administrator
Once registration is successful, you can proceed to log in using your new credentials.
After registration
After your first successful registration:
- Your account is now linked to your organization’s environment.
- You will be able to see the brand(s) that you have access to once you log in.
