Single Posts (Poster Tab)

The Poster tab is used for creating and publishing individual, one‑off posts to your connected social media accounts.

When to use the Poster tab

Use the Poster tab when you need to:

• Publish a single announcement or update
• Share an image, video, or link once
• Respond to a specific moment without creating a full campaign

Creating a single post

From the Poster tab, you can:

1. Compose your message – Write the text of your post.
2. Add media – Attach images or videos if needed.
3. Choose the social accounts to publish to.
4. Decide whether to:
   • Post immediately, or
   • Schedule the post for a specific future date and time.

tip

Use scheduling to ensure posts go out at high‑impact times, even outside normal working hours.

For longer running content series, use Automated Campaign Management instead of individual Poster posts.
