Getting Started with Clarence AI

This section walks you through everything you need to access Clarence AI for the first time and understand what you see when you log in.

You’ll learn how to:

• Register as a new user using an activation code
• Log in securely to the Clarence AI web application
• Understand the Brand Overview home screen
• Recognize the different user roles and what they can do

Audience

The Getting Started section is intended for all designated Clarence AI users, including both Admins and Editors.

Prerequisites

Before you begin:

• You must have received a Clarence AI activation code from your organization’s Administrator.
• You should know the official Clarence AI URL for your organization (typically https://app.clarenceai.com).
• You should have access to your official email address that will be used with the platform.
