Manual Response Queue

Not every post should be answered by AI. For posts that are too complex or sensitive, Clarence AI routes them to the Manual Responder queue.

When posts go to Manual Responder​

Posts may be sent to the Manual Responder when:

  • A Sensitive configuration flags them for human review.
  • The AI is not confident enough to generate a safe response.
  • Your internal rules require human approval for certain topics or accounts.

Working in the Manual queue​

From the Manual Responder queue, authorized team members can:

  • Review the original post or mention.
  • Draft a custom, human‑written response.
  • Use the Knowledge Base as a reference to stay on‑message.
  • Approve and publish the response from within Clarence AI.

The Manual Responder is especially important for government agencies and large organizations that need additional oversight and careful phrasing for high‑impact communications.

All manual responses are recorded in the Response Logs alongside automated responses, ensuring a complete audit trail.
