Login & Security

Once you have registered, you will access Clarence AI through a secure web portal.

Logging in

To log in to Clarence AI:

1. Navigate to the Clarence AI application URL: https://app.clarenceai.com.
2. Enter your official email address.
3. Enter the password you set during registration or were provided by your Administrator.
4. Click “Log In”.

If your credentials are correct, you will be redirected to the main Clarence AI dashboard.

If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), your login flow may include an additional identity provider step. Follow your internal IT guidance if prompted.

Session security & auto-logout

Clarence AI is designed for high‑stakes, public‑facing environments. To protect your organization’s accounts:

• The platform will automatically log you out after 20 minutes of inactivity.
• Any unsaved work in that browser session may be lost when the timeout occurs.

Security best practice

• Always log out when leaving your workstation.
• Never share your login credentials with others.
• If you suspect that your account has been compromised, notify your Administrator immediately.

After you log in, you’ll be taken to the Brand Overview page, which is explained in Understanding Platform Hierarchy.
