Automated Responder
The Clarence AI automated responder is not a simple on/off switch. Instead, it is driven by a set of Configurations that you design to control when and how the AI responds.
Configurations allow you to:
- Target specific topics using keywords
- Choose which platforms a configuration applies to
- Set the desired tone of voice
- Provide instructions and examples to guide the AI
There are two main types of configurations:
- Normal configurations – for everyday, routine inquiries
- Sensitive configurations – for crisis and high‑risk topics
